True Color Designs

True colors designs is my business for unique notecards and art work. I have artwork and notecards of four different kinds. They are: marbled paper, decoupage over watercolor, watercolor flowers, and concentric circles. Each card is one of a kind. I want people to be happy and joyful when they get one of the note-cards I designed.
